The selected candidate will be responsible for handling and managing the office’s communications, including answering and forwarding telephone calls and emails, organizing the intake of new matters, maintaining orderly and accessible documentation, and entering data into the company’s management software, ensuring its updating and proper functioning. * MIDDLE-LEVEL VOCATIONAL TRAINING QUALIFICATION * Spanish (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: A middle- or higher-level qualification in administrative management is mandatory, along with advanced proficiency in Catalan and Spanish; French is a plus.
