Job Summary: We are seeking an intercultural mediator to promote coexistence, intervene with participants, manage resources, and address specific cases. Key Responsibilities: 1. Community work and work with migrant populations An intercultural mediator position is offered in Navalmoral de la Mata (Cáceres), with a substitution contract under job reservation and a full-time schedule of 37.5 hours per week. Working hours are from Monday to Sunday, with rest periods established by law, and immediate start is required. The salary corresponds to Group 2 of the applicable collective agreement. A qualification in Social and/or Intercultural Mediation is required, either through a higher or intermediate vocational training program (FP), or equivalent academic training. Knowledge in social integration, equality and gender perspective, and interculturality will be valued. Languages such as Arabic, English, or French—as well as others—will also be considered as assets. Responsibilities include mediation to foster intercultural coexistence, direct intervention with participating individuals, housing management, leisure and free time activities, participation facilitation, and handling of specific cases. Demonstrable experience in immigration-related fields and community work with children, youth, migrants, or families is highly desirable. Coordination, follow-up, and service quality are essential components of daily duties.
