Bakery Assistant

Description

The bakery assistant position includes preparing ingredients, shaping and handling dough, monitoring ovens, and cleaning the bakery workshop to comply with hygiene regulations. Possession of a food handler certificate is mandatory. Meticulous attention to disinfecting surfaces, utensils, and machinery is required, as well as the ability to follow the master baker's instructions and work collaboratively as part of a coordinated team. Time management skills are also valued to ensure agility and order in daily tasks. Working hours are nocturnal, starting at 12:30 a.m., from Monday to Saturday, with a full-time schedule of 40 hours per week. Salary is governed by the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
