Maintenance Technician

Job Summary: Mission focused on responding to breakdowns, preventive and corrective maintenance, and compliance with legislation regarding store facilities, ensuring optimal conditions for customers. Key Responsibilities: 1. Respond to breakdowns and carry out urgent corrective actions in stores on a daily basis. 2. Carry out scheduled preventive tasks and monitor energy consumption. 3. Provide technical support for interventions, construction works, and installations within the store perimeter. As part of the maintenance team, your mission will be to perform activities and tasks related to preventive and corrective maintenance of store facilities and ensure compliance with current legislation, regulations, procedures, and commercial operations under optimal conditions for our customers: * Respond to breakdowns and carry out urgent corrective actions arising daily in stores. * Carry out preventive tasks scheduled by the Maintenance Manager and adhere to the established timetable. * Provide technical support to the team during interventions, construction works, and/or installations in the store’s operational area. * Implement the required action plan for non-conformities identified during audits. * Monitor store energy consumption, review parameters defined for energy efficiency, and adjust them as necessary.
