If you want to actively contribute to meeting these challenges every day, you’re in the right place. **Job Description** ----------------------- **Responsibilities:** Actively participate in all stages of creation and evolution of our clients’ e-commerce platforms—primarily B2B. **Exploration & Design Phase:** * Lead and participate in scoping workshops, user interviews, and sprint reviews * Collaborate closely with UX/UI teams to define customer journeys and user experience * Write and maintain a Product Backlog aligned with business and technical requirements * Draft technical specifications jointly with development teams **Development Phase:** * Ensure the quality and prioritization of the Product Backlog * Plan and monitor sprints according to the development team’s velocity * Test and validate User Stories at the end of each sprint * Facilitate sprint reviews with both clients and development teams * Guarantee on-time deliveries with optimal quality * Maintain a trusted relationship with the client while shielding development teams from unplanned interruptions * Produce weekly reports (weekly emails) for clients **Objectives:** As an e-commerce-specialized Product Owner, you will be responsible for: * Proactively managing client relationships, with deep understanding of B2B and/or B2C e-commerce business challenges * Leading the Product Backlog and prioritizing tasks based on market needs * Managing a development team while ensuring seamless communication with technical and creative teams * Serving as the primary interface between the client’s business requirements and development teams **Tools:** * JIRA for task and Backlog management * FIGMA for interface and design collaboration * Notion for documentation and internal process management * G Suite for communication and collaboration * Slack for daily communication with teams **Candidate Profile** -------------------- ### **Background** * Business school, engineering school, or equivalent (Master’s level / Bac+5), with at least two years of proven experience in a similar role. * Knowledge of software development and solid understanding of e-commerce and the digital landscape. ### **Soft Skills** * Rigorous * Team-oriented * Strong communication skills * Client management capability * Proactive mindset ### **Hard Skills** * Functional knowledge of one or more e-commerce platforms (e.g., OroCommerce, Sylius, Shopify...)
