You’ll work hand-in-hand with the team to optimize our direct channel—driving more high-quality traffic and, of course, more direct bookings! **What will you do daily?** * **Analysis and metrics:** You’ll be the detective of our data. You’ll investigate, analyze, and present key metrics to understand what’s working—and what we can improve. * Track website and booking engine KPIs (traffic, conversion, booking funnel). * Support in preparing reports and dashboards. * Identify issues and improvement opportunities based on data. * **Website, booking engine, and digital channels:** Your playground will be our website, our booking engine, and all our digital channels—you’ll know them like the back of your hand! * Support in managing the booking engine: promotions, content, images, commercial messages, upselling, and testing booking flows. * Review proper functionality of the website and booking process. * Provide operational support during onboarding of new hotels. * Upload content, conduct reviews, and test proper functionality across digital channels. * Monitor compliance with pricing policy and correct application of BAR (Best Available Rate) on the website. * Identify and report pricing incidents or inconsistencies. * **Direct channel optimization:** This is where you’ll make a real difference!
