You will serve as the subject matter expert within our projects, ensuring data quality from collection through analysis and exploitation, with a focus on **maximizing sales, conversion, and margin**. **Responsibilities** --------------------- * Coordinate daily analytical work with multidisciplinary teams (Marketing, Product, CRO/Personalization, Data, and Technology). * Define and govern the **measurement framework** (objectives, KPIs, events, dimensions) and ensure its evolution. * Analyze digital performance (traffic, channels, journeys, funnels, cohorts, friction points) and translate insights into **actionable recommendations**. * Drive and prioritize the **funnel optimization backlog** in collaboration with CRO and Personalization teams. * Supervise **data quality**: validations, audits, change control, and metric consistency. * Design, maintain, and evolve **executive and operational dashboards**, ensuring traceability and actionability. * Activate data via **audiences, signals, and recommendations**. * Coordinate aspects related to **privacy and consent** (CMP/consent) with technical teams. * Mentor and develop junior profiles: standards, QA, documentation, and best practices. **Requirements** -------------- ### **Experience** 5\+ years in Digital Analytics / Data \& Analytics, ideally with exposure to CRO and personalization. * ### **Core Tools (Mandatory)** * Adobe Analytics and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA). * SQL for extraction/analysis (e.g., BigQuery). Reporting tools: Looker Studio (or similar). * ### **Complementary Tools (Preferred)** * GA4\. * TMS / tagging: GTM, Adobe Launch, Tealium. * App analytics: Firebase. * UX/Qualitative analytics: Contentsquare, Quantum Metric. * Privacy/CMP: OneTrust.
