Responsibilities: This is a summary of what you’ll do:* Manage maintenance of our spaces. * Carry out planned and reactive maintenance tasks in line with any service-level agreements (e.g., repairs); perform first-line maintenance and assist specialist contractors when required. * Complete manual tasks, support waste management, decoration and small-scale repairs, grounds maintenance, and assist the residence team in delivering any other required maintenance services. * Conduct periodic health and safety inspections under the protection plan—including fire safety checks, risk assessments, and legionella testing. * Ensure 24/7 safety of our spaces and maintain an up-to-date log of all events and incidents. * Support our Yugoers team—assist with key tasks during summer move-in periods, summer operations, or ensuring the building is ready for new student registrations. * Support customer service and cover reception duties when necessary.
