We are looking for 3 developers for a major client in the banking sector, to carry out a migration of current services implemented in Amazon Connect to Genesys Cloud, including the following tasks: * IVR migration * Inbound and outbound services migration * Email services migration * SMS services migration * Chat services migration * Report adaptation **The project allows for a fully remote model.** **Requirements** What are we looking for? We need 2 Genesys Cloud functional consultants—one senior-level and one mid-level. Experience: * Minimum 5 years of experience * Knowledge required: Genesys Architect Routing & ACD design IVR design (DTMF + speech) Omnichannel CX Requirements: * Prior experience in Contact Center projects (on-premise or cloud). * Knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX and/or other platforms such as Genesys Engage, Pure Connect, Amazon Connect, Altitude, or NICE. * Fluent English (spoken and written); additional languages are valued: Portuguese, French, German, Dutch, Italian. * Ability to operate effectively in multicultural and international environments. **Additional Information** What do we offer you? * Indefinite contract and full-time schedule * 23 vacation days * Continuous training: technical, transversal, and language skills.
