This position is based in Madrid. **Your key responsibilities will include:** * Managing the claims opening process. * Preparing claims reports (including charts and tables). * Supporting claims review activities. * Performing administrative tasks related to claims management. Collaborating actively with insurance company call centers. * **What you need to have:** * Bachelor’s degree (immediate full-time availability required) * Intermediate English level, B2/C1. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). * Proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility. * Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and complete them within deadlines. * Interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with clients, insurers, and various internal teams.
