We are looking to expand our team with a Change Management Asset. This is an on-site position in Getafe, requiring upper-intermediate English proficiency. Requirements **What are we looking for?** An analytical professional with at least 3–5 years of experience working in ITIL environments. Experience in: * Information technology sector: servers, databases, backups, communications, application deployments (primarily .NET), etc. * Configuration management. * BMC Remedy and its modules (primarily Change, Tasks, and CMDB); creation of queries and generation of customized reports. * BMC Discovery: UI management and proxy administration. * Report writing and data analysis.
