Job Summary: Efficiently coordinate and supervise warehouse and shipping operations, including task organization and inventory control. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and organize operator tasks for maximum efficiency and productivity. 2. Coordinate goods receipt, dispatch, and preparation. 3. Conduct inventory counts and documentation control for shipments. **PROFILE** * **EDUCATION:** Administration, Vocational Training (FP). * **LANGUAGES:** Basic English. * **COMPUTER SKILLS:** Excel, SAP. * **PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE:** 5 years in one of the following sectors: Aerospace, industrial. **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Assign and organize tasks among warehouse and shipping operators to achieve maximum efficiency and productivity. * Review individual employee performance, ensuring proper work execution. * Coordinate goods receipt and dispatch. * Conduct inventory counts. * Allocate warehouse and shipping area space. * Perform picking according to received order lines. * Prepare products to meet transportation and customer requirements. * Control product shipment (physical and documentary).
