WAREHOUSE MANAGER – MAIN LOGISTICS CENTER (MADRID) The selected candidate will be responsible for the warehouse’s daily operational performance, leading the team of supervisors and operational staff, ensuring organization, discipline, and proper execution of warehouse activities. Reporting directly to the Operations Director, the candidate will serve as the day-to-day operational reference for the center, ensuring consistent and uniform application of procedures, internal regulations, and organizational criteria across the entire warehouse structure. We seek a profile with genuine on-site presence, strong leadership capability, sound judgment in people management, and a practical orientation toward resolving operational issues. **MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES** * Plan, organize, and supervise daily warehouse operations * Directly lead the team of supervisors and coordinate operational staff * Ensure compliance with safety regulations, procedures, and operational discipline * Manage operational incidents and resolve on-site problems * Coordinate inventories and critical activity periods * Supervise appropriate shift planning, leave requests, vacations, and team requirements in coordination with HR * Identify incidents, deviations, or relevant situations and report them as necessary * Ensure consistent and uniform application of procedures, internal regulations, and work organization throughout the warehouse * Maintain the warehouse in optimal conditions of order, cleanliness, and safety * Act as the center’s operational responsible person for significant incidents * Guarantee service continuity and the warehouse’s overall smooth operation **REQUIREMENTS** * Prior experience as Warehouse Manager or Operational Manager in logistics centers with large teams * Experience managing supervisors or middle managers * Proven leadership capability in operational environments * Organized, solution-oriented individual with a holistic understanding of warehouse operations * Hardworking, committed profile with active on-site presence * Ability to make sound decisions and maintain operational order * Availability to handle occasional operational incidents outside regular center hours (alarms, urgent situations, or operational needs) * Accustomed to assuming responsibility for warehouse operational order and making decisions when required **EDUCATION AND KNOWLEDGE** * Medium or higher vocational education, preferably in logistics or related field * Minimum English level B2 **WE ESPECIALLY VALUE** * Experience with logistics operators or high-activity environments * Cross-functional knowledge of end-to-end logistics operations * Ability to uphold operational discipline through close, hands-on leadership * Capacity to apply organizational criteria objectively and consistently * High professional stability in previous roles; experience in Lean, Lean Six Sigma, 5S, or continuous improvement initiatives focused on warehouse organization, efficiency, and process optimization **WE OFFER** * Integration into an established international logistics group * Temporary contract: 6 months + 6 months, with potential conversion to permanent * Stable position with real operational responsibility for the center * Direct reporting line to the Operations Director * Professional working environment and established team * Competitive remuneration commensurate with experience We seek a structured, fair, naturally authoritative, approachable, and firm individual capable of maintaining warehouse operations through daily on-site presence and leading the team with responsibility, consistency, and service orientation.
