At QUALITY ETT Vitoria, we are seeking a Warehouse Manager for a company dedicated to container maintenance located in the Jundiz industrial park. The main responsibilities of the position include: **Main duties are as follows:** 1\. Receiving materials. Unload materials and components from suppliers. Check delivery notes, quality, and quantities. Maintain purchase documentation for each launched project. Identify non-conformities (defective material, incomplete orders). Record entries into the system (ERP, Excel sheets, etc.). 2\. Warehouse organization and storage. Place received materials in their assigned locations. Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and properly labeled. Clearly identify each material (labels, references, traceability). 3\. Inventory management. Conduct periodic inventories (monthly). Detect shortages or surpluses. Report minimum/critical stock levels (request purchases). Ensure no material is missing that could halt production. 4\. Preparation of internal orders. Prepare kits or materials for production (assembly and components). Deliver well-identified materials to the workshop. Control distribution of tools, clothing, or consumables to operators. 5\. Shipping and Logistics. Pack and prepare finished products for shipment. Label, palletize, and prepare documentation (delivery notes, labels). Coordinate with transport or logistics (agencies, company-owned trucks). Load finished products onto transport vehicles. 6\. Safety and area maintenance. Monitor the use of ear protection, pallet trucks, fire extinguishers. Report defects or risks. Coordinate with maintenance for broken tools or machinery. Initial hiring will be through ETT for 3 months **\+ incorporation into the company based on performance** (STABLE POSITION).
