Ensures order and cleanliness of the facilities. **Job Description:** At 5TH ESSENCE SQUARE, we are looking for a responsible and dynamic **Warehouse Assistant** to join our Logistics Department. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring proper warehouse management and organization, complying with established procedures and guaranteeing an efficient flow of goods. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Goods Receiving:** Verification and control of received products, checking quantities, condition, and documentation. * **Inventory and Stock Counts:** Active participation in periodic inventories and stock level monitoring. * **Order Preparation:** Selection and packaging of products according to outbound orders. * **Picking:** Locating, selecting, and preparing products for subsequent dispatch. * **Stock Verification:** Checking the correct condition and location of stored goods. * **Storage:** Proper organization of products on shelves and designated areas. * **Maintaining Order and Cleanliness:** Ensuring the proper condition and cleanliness of the warehouse facilities. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in similar tasks (desirable). * Ability to work in a team and proactive attitude. * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail. * Forklift license and knowledge of warehouse management systems (ERP, SGA) will be valued.
