




We are seeking a sommelier with passion, knowledge, and a service-oriented vocation—someone capable of enriching our customers’ experience through wine, food-and-wine pairings, and impeccable service. **What will your responsibilities be?** * Manage and maintain the restaurant’s wine cellar. * Place orders and liaise with suppliers. * Select, propose, and update wine references and pairings in coordination with the kitchen and management. * Advise and guide customers in selecting wines, adopting an approachable, professional, and personalized style. * Design and execute wine-and-food pairings for tasting menus and recommendations. * Monitor wine stock levels, orders, and storage conditions. * Provide ongoing training to the front-of-house team on the wine list, service techniques, and new arrivals. * Actively participate in lunch and dinner service. * Collaborate on wine-related experiences and special restaurant events. **What do we expect from you?** * Proven experience as a sommelier in gastronomic or high-end restaurants. * Formal sommelier training (e.g., WSET, Court of Master Sommeliers, or equivalent). * Advanced proficiency in English (knowledge of additional languages is a plus). * In-depth knowledge of national and international wines, as well as current industry trends. * Strong teamwork skills, organizational ability, and proactive attitude. **What do we offer?** * The opportunity to join one of the world’s most iconic and internationally established restaurants. * A professional, motivating environment focused on excellence. * Freedom to develop a dynamic, ever-evolving wine list. * The chance to share your expertise and leave a lasting impression on the customer experience.
