




You will join a renowned gastronomic restaurant located in Tolosa with the goal of elevating the customer experience through impeccable service and a unique wine list. You will be responsible for the following activities: * Design, maintain, and update the wine menu. * Advise customers on wine pairings. * Manage the wine cellar and control inventory. * Train and motivate the dining room staff in wine culture. We are looking for a candidate with accredited training in Oenology or Sommelier studies, or equivalent knowledge, who has extensive prior experience in similar roles within high-end restaurants, with a passion for wine, attention to detail, and customer orientation. English language skills are required.
