Key Responsibilities: Responsible for defining, together with F&B and Procurement Directors, the various wine lists across our establishments, proposing improvements and adapting them to our client profile and market demands. Advising our guests on wine selection and food pairings, ensuring their satisfaction in this area. Preferred Qualifications: * Possession of a European Union passport * Education from a hospitality school, a degree in oenology, or related studies * Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role within 4–5-star hotels * Languages: Spanish, English; French is an asset * Proficiency in Office, Micros, and Opera software at user level * Professional appearance * Customer- and results-oriented individual with a focus on quality and continuous improvement * Friendly, with strong teamwork capabilities * Dynamic, organized, and flexible * Experience working with quality standards of Leading Hotels of the World or similar brands is an advantage We Offer: * Permanent contract * Board and accommodation assistance, if required * Excellent working environment * Internal training Profile Sought Desired Educational Level \< Bac: CAP / CAP Agricole / BEPA Professional Experience Less than 2 years Additional Information Start Date 26\-07\-01 Ref.
