We are looking for management staff for our Ferrol restaurant located in the Boial commercial park. **What do we need from you?** * Experience as a supervisor or shift leader, preferably in the foodservice industry. * Knowledge of operating accounts and analytical thinking for managing sales and financial performance of the establishment. * Basic user-level proficiency in Microsoft Office and general office software. * Leadership skills, including planning and team management capabilities. * Minimum desired education: compulsory secondary education. * Full availability. * Ability to commute easily to our restaurant. * Enthusiasm, enthusiasm, and even more enthusiasm to learn—never enough! **What will your day-to-day look like at Burger King®?** * Sales and operational goals: Monitoring sales and operational targets of the establishment. You will be responsible for cash management. * Human resources and team management: Acting as the driving force behind your team’s motivation, leading them, scheduling shifts, communicating hires and terminations, tracking incidents, etc. * Customer service: Handling complaints and claims to ensure the best possible service for our customers. * Marketing and promotions: Ensuring promotional materials are available and corporate guidelines are followed. * Occupational Health and Safety (OHS): Complying with all regulations and preventive measures for occupational risk management. * Restocking and inventory control of the establishment. * Ensuring proper maintenance and cleanliness of the premises. **What do we offer in return?** * Career development plan: Opportunity to grow within a major foodservice company currently expanding and developing nationwide.
