What will be your mission? Performing the execution tasks related to laser cutting and sheet metal bending: feeding and preparing laser and press brake machines, programming laser and press brake machines. Main responsibilities: * Perform machining operations, providing technical solutions autonomously. * Plan and organize work stages according to production needs. * Carry out self-quality control of completed work following established guidelines. * Resolve unexpected issues arising during the process methodically and proactively. * Collaborate with other departments (Quality, Maintenance, Methods, Warehouse, Assembly) to ensure availability of materials, tools, and resolution of incidents. * Maintain machines, equipment, and tools in good condition and clean. * Comply at all times with established safety and hygiene regulations. * Adapt to additional tasks in specific situations of workload imbalance. * Maximize machine and tool performance, considering material characteristics, with productivity and quality criteria. Requirements: * Demonstrable prior experience operating press brakes. * Knowledge in interpretation of technical drawings. * Experience in other machine-tool equipment is valued. * Responsible, detail-oriented person with ability to work in a team.
