Are you looking for a stable position working on unique parts using large-scale machinery?** At ySondos, we are seeking a **First-Class Skilled CNC Milling Operator** to join a major metal-sector company located in **Avilés**. ##### **What do we offer?** * Initial contract through an ETT (3\+3 months), with realistic prospects of permanent incorporation into the company's payroll. * Full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, with rotating morning and afternoon shifts. * Regular overtime (at least one hour per day) and possibility of working some Saturdays. * Salary according to the Metalworkers’ Collective Agreement of Asturias. ##### **What will be your responsibilities?** * Program and adjust large-format CNC milling machines equipped with Fanuc controls. * Machine unique, large-dimension parts destined for the industrial sector. * Interpret engineering drawings and define necessary machining parameters for each job. * Prepare cutting tools, perform setup adjustments, and supervise the entire manufacturing process. * Verify final part quality and implement required corrections. ##### **What do we expect from you?** * Proven experience as a milling operator. * Experience machining unique parts and large-size structures. * Ability to interpret engineering drawings and work autonomously—from programming through to final finishing. * Availability to work rotating shifts and perform overtime as production demands. * Relevant vocational training or education related to this position. **Our company promotes equal opportunities, values diversity within our team, and fosters an accessible workplace environment.
