




Job Summary: We are seeking cooks with experience in traditional Latin American cuisine, especially Mexican and Honduran, to prepare dishes and maintain the kitchen. Key Points: 1. Maintenance of cleanliness and order in the kitchen Two cooks are needed for this position. Candidates must have at least six months of experience preparing traditional Latin American dishes, with a particular focus on Mexican and Honduran gastronomy. Experience in dessert preparation will be valued. Main responsibilities include ingredient preparation (mise en place), cooking food using various techniques and following established recipes. Additionally, maintaining cleanliness and order in the kitchen area and ensuring proper final presentation of all dishes are essential. A permanent full-time contract is offered with a rotating schedule, working from Tuesday to Sunday. Weekly days off are Monday and Tuesday. The offered remuneration is €1,200 net per month.
