Job Summary: We are seeking a concierge to handle building access control, equipment supervision, mail management, and incident assistance in Oviedo. Key Responsibilities: 1. Basic computer skills and completion of compulsory secondary education (ESO) or equivalent will be valued. Main responsibilities will include building access control, monitoring the condition of condominium equipment, and mail management. Assisting in evacuation and incident response will also be important. A part-time schedule of 30 hours per week is offered, with rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday, covering morning and afternoon time slots. The contract will be a vacation replacement contract.
