Requirements * ### **Minimum Requirements** + Degree in Building Engineering, Technical Architecture, Superior Architecture, Civil Engineering, or equivalent. + Training in occupational health and safety on construction sites. + Proficiency in Office 365 and collaborative tools. + Knowledge of and/or experience with Presto, AutoCAD, Navision, or an in-house economic control system. + Over two years’ experience as a Site Manager. + Teamwork skills, customer orientation, efficiency and productivity, adaptability to change, and leadership. * ### **Desired Requirements** + Knowledge of and/or experience with Lean Project Delivery (LPS) and construction pathology. + Experience in residential construction is desirable.
