We specialize in destinations across Central and South America. Every day, we support migrant individuals—like ourselves—who live in Spain and travel to reunite with their families. We understand what this journey means, which is why we offer close, human, and trustworthy service. **What Will Be Your Mission?** To design and produce high-impact audiovisual and textual content that translates our brand strategy into attractive, coherent, and results-oriented visual and narrative experiences. **What Will You Do?** * Create content for Reels, YouTube, and advertisements. * Design graphic assets at both small and large scales (Adobe Suite). * Design powerful hooks to maximize retention in audiovisual content. * Adapt creative concepts across multiple formats (transmedia storytelling). * Plan and execute video shoots (iPhone + professional lighting + audio). * Strategically edit content (CapCut, Premiere, Adobe Suite). * Cover events and activations in real time. * Display natural and confident on-camera presence when required. **What Do We Require?** * Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles. * Education in Multimedia Design, Audiovisual Communication, or related fields. * Proficiency with cameras (iPhone), lighting, and editing tools (CapCut/Adobe Suite). * Mastery of AIDA (Attention, Interest, Desire, Action) and PAS (Problem, Agitation, Solution) copywriting techniques; flawless spelling. * Basic understanding of organic positioning on digital platforms. * Ability to analyze trends and algorithms. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Knowledge of creative and generative AI. * Knowledge of marketing. **Conditions:** * Contract type: Permanent, full-time. * Location: Valencia. * Work mode: Hybrid (possibility of working remotely once per week).
