This is a high\-impact role for someone who wants to build scalable advertising systems that drive real commercial growth—not just manage campaigns. ### **About the Role** As **Senior Amazon PPC Manager**, you'll own Inspiriko's Amazon advertising strategy and execution. **You'll report directly to our Head of Amazon Sales** and work closely with the Founder as a strategic partner in our scale journey. This is a **part\-time role (20 hours/week)** for a high\-performance operator who delivers exceptional results efficiently. You'll work **UK business hours** and operate with significant autonomy. ### **What You'll Own** **Strategic Planning \& Commercial Ownership** * Develop our full\-funnel PPC strategy aligned with revenue and profitability targets * Translate company financial goals into SKU\-level advertising KPIs * Build scalable systems for product launches, ranking, and maintenance * Present performance insights and recommendations to leadership **Amazon Advertising Collaboration** * Collaborate with our external Amazon DSP agency to align upper\-funnel and conversion strategies * Leverage first\-party data and Amazon insights to optimize performance * Ensure cohesive strategy across Sponsored Ads and DSP **Campaign Execution \& Optimization** * Manage and optimize all Amazon ad types: Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands, Sponsored Display, Video Ads * Build clean, scalable campaign structures with advanced keyword research * Control bids, placements, budgets, and negative keyword logic * Drive continuous improvement in TACoS, ACoS, CVR, CTR, and organic rank impact **Launch \& Scaling Systems** * Design and execute PPC strategies for new product launches within budget and timeline * Transition SKUs from launch to scale phase effectively * Implement semi\-automation tools (Scale Insights, Pacvue, or similar) with strategic oversight ### **What Success Looks Like** You'll be measured on outcomes, not activity: * TACoS improvement and revenue growth * Contribution margin protection * Launch ranking success within budget * Blended PPC \+ DSP efficiency * Organic keyword growth driven by PPC strategy * Clear, actionable insights in reporting **Requirements** **Required Experience:** * Minimum 3\+ years managing Amazon PPC for **supplement, beauty, personal care, or health \& wellness brands** (consumable products with high repurchase rates) * Proven track record scaling brands from 7 to 8 figures * Experience managing significant monthly ad spend ($80K\+/month minimum) * Familiarity with Amazon DSP collaboration and first\-party data interpretation * Demonstrated commercial results—not just campaign management **Skills \& Competencies:** * Deep understanding of Amazon's advertising ecosystem * Strong commercial and financial reasoning (contribution margin optimization, not just ACoS) * Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and data analysis * Experience with semi\-automation tools (Scale Insights, Pacvue, or similar) * Excellent documentation and communication skills * Structured, systems\-oriented thinking **Working Style:** * High ownership and accountability \- you own outcomes and drive results * Commercially intelligent \- you understand profit drivers, not just metrics * Proactive and autonomous \- you identify opportunities and act without micromanagement * Growth\-oriented \- you constantly test, learn, and optimize * Fast executor with strategic thinking \- you move quickly without sacrificing quality **Benefits** * **$2,000–$3,000/month** (part\-time, 20 hours/week) \+ performance\-based bonus * **Flexible working hours** (within UK time zone) * **Fully remote** * **Direct collaboration** with Head of Amazon Sales \& Founder * **Strategic influence** over brand growth—your work directly impacts our 7 8 figure journey * **Long\-term growth opportunity** as we scale internationally
