We are looking for an SAP Test Manager with solid experience in testing and QA environments, capable of leading teams, defining test strategies, and efficiently and results-oriented coordinating quality initiatives in SAP projects. Main Responsibilities: * Define and execute the testing strategy in SAP projects. * Manage and coordinate QA and testing teams. * Plan and estimate tasks related to the test lifecycle. * Supervise and ensure proper execution of functional, integration, regression, automation, and performance testing. * Coordinate and manage UAT phases with business users. * Prepare progress reports, test results, and quality metrics. * Maintain fluent communication with clients and stakeholders. * Use management tools such as ALM, Jira, or similar. Requirements: * Minimum 3 years’ experience as QA / Test Manager. * Professional background in testing and quality assurance. * Solid knowledge of different types of testing: functional, integration, regression, automation, and performance. * Ability to define automation and performance strategies, understanding when they add value, although designing scripts is not required. * Experience managing testing teams. * Accustomed to direct interaction with business users and functional teams. * Prior experience in SAP projects. * Knowledge of the SAP platform in some modules, such as OTC, PTP, FI, CO, PM, MM, WM, or similar.
