Drive strategy, roadmap, and outcomes with a focus on innovation **The Role** ------------ You will own the **strategy, roadmap, and outcomes** for a defined product area within our iGaming platform. As a Product Manager, you operate at the intersection of **business, technology, data, and user experience**—turning market insight, player behaviour, regulatory context, and partner opportunities into a clear product direction and measurable impact. You will lead the product lifecycle end\-to\-end: **discovery strategy delivery launch optimisation**. You’ll set success metrics, align stakeholders, and ensure the team is building the right things at the right time. While you’ll work closely with Engineering, QA, Design, Marketing, and Integrations, you are ultimately accountable for **product value, adoption, and performance**—not just backlog execution. **Responsibilities** -------------------- * **Product Strategy \& Vision:** Define the product vision and strategy for your area, aligned with company objectives, commercial goals, and platform capabilities. * **Roadmap Ownership:** Create and maintain a roadmap that balances new capabilities, partner needs, technical health, and regulatory requirements. * **Discovery \& Customer Advocacy:** Lead continuous discovery through user/partner research, data analysis, and feedback loops to identify problems worth solving. * **Prioritisation \& Value Management:** Make high\-quality trade\-offs using impact, effort, risk, and dependencies; communicate priorities clearly and consistently. * **Outcome\-Driven Delivery:** Partner with Engineering/QA/Design to convert strategy into deliverable initiatives—ensuring clarity, feasibility, and measurable outcomes. * **Execution Enablement:** Ensure the team has well\-defined goals, crisp problem statements, and acceptance criteria; participate in planning, reviews, and retros as needed. * **Go\-to\-Market Collaboration:** Coordinate launches with Marketing, Commercial, Support, and Operations; define positioning, release plans, and adoption success measures. * **Performance \& Optimisation:** Monitor product KPIs, run experiments, and iterate to improve player engagement, retention, conversion, and partner satisfaction. * **Integrations \& Platform Ecosystem:** Work closely with external game\-provider integrations and partner APIs, ensuring smooth onboarding, content delivery, and platform compatibility. * **Documentation \& Alignment:** Maintain product artefacts: strategy docs, PRDs/specs, user flows, success metrics, release notes, and stakeholder updates. * **Market \& Competitive Awareness:** Stay current on iGaming trends, competitor moves, and regulatory changes to sustain differentiation and reduce risk. **Requirements** ---------------- ### **Must\-Have** * **Experience:** 4–7\+ years in Product Management (or equivalent product leadership role) for software products, ideally in iGaming or adjacent high\-traffic digital domains. * **Strategy \& Roadmaps:** Proven ability to define product strategy, build roadmaps, and align stakeholders to deliver outcomes. * **Discovery \& Problem Solving:** Strong discovery toolkit—research, hypothesis framing, data analysis, and translating insights into product decisions. * **Execution Excellence:** Experience working with agile teams; able to define clear requirements, success metrics, and drive delivery without losing strategic focus. * **Communication \& Influence:** Excellent English communication skills; ability to influence without authority and align cross\-functional teams. * **Analytical Mindset:** Comfort with metrics, experimentation, funnels/cohorts, and using data to drive prioritisation and measure success. * **Organisational Skills:** Ability to manage multiple workstreams, dependencies, and ambiguity with clarity and structure. ### **Nice\-to\-Have** * **iGaming Domain Depth:** Familiarity with player journeys, retention mechanics, promotional tooling, platform operations, and content integrations. * **Partner/API Ecosystems:** Experience with third\-party integrations, supplier workflows, content pipelines, or B2B product models. * **Experimentation:** Experience with A/B testing, segmentation, and behavioural analytics to optimise product performance. * **Tooling:** Jira, Confluence, Slack (or equivalent) proficiency for product and delivery management. * **Formal Training:** PSPO/CSPO or other product/agile certifications are a plus. * **Regulatory Awareness:** Exposure to compliance constraints and operational considerations in regulated industries. **What do we offer?** --------------------- * **Location:** Málaga, Spain (**Working hybrid \- 2 in the office and 3 days remote)** * **Type:** Full\-Time * **Experience Level:** Senior * **Industry:** iGaming **About QTech Game** -------------------- QTech Games has solidified its position as the leading game distributor for emerging markets.
