




Job Summary: Support the materials laboratory by receiving and preparing samples, conducting mechanical and hydraulic characterization tests, and maintaining equipment and records. Laboratory Assistant for Materials position in Madrid. This is a temporary contract for 12 months to provide support in a laboratory. Main responsibilities include receiving and preparing samples for various tests. Mechanical and hydraulic characterization tests will also be carried out for both geological materials and concrete, always in accordance with established regulations. It will be necessary to maintain and calibrate laboratory equipment, prepare required materials for each test, and record obtained information. Additionally, the role involves managing the test database and keeping technical procedures up to date. All these functions will be performed under supervision. This position requires candidates to be under 30 years of age and registered as beneficiaries of the National Youth Guarantee System. A Higher Technician qualification in Analysis and Quality Control Laboratory is desirable. Working hours are full-time, 40 hours per week, with an annual gross salary of €1600 paid in 14 installments.
