These security IT controls include Data Loss Prevention controls, security policies applied on company devices, SaaS security, Network security and Vulnerability Management. **Key Responsibilities:*** **Device life cycle** + **Security hardening:** EDR management assistance: Assisting with the management and maintenance of our EDR, configuring policies, modules, etc. . + **Vulnerability Management on corporate IT:** Focused in the analysis of actual vulnerabilities on our corporate IT, assessing CVSS scoring and establishing clear priority for mitigation and patching. + **MDM's security hardening:** Assisting in the deployment, maintenance and security hardening of MDM's solutions for Mac's and Windows. * **SaaS Security hardening:** + **DLP configuration and maintenance:** Managing our DLP tool with Google BeyondCorp, Data protection and Trust ruleset. + **Google Workspace security hardening:** Security hardening configuration of our Google Workspace tenant, applying security policies to the Chrome browser, Google Drive, Gmail, etc. + **SaaS vulnerability assessment:** Analysis of actual security posture on our main SaaS applications to establish clear priority and roadmap for fixing security issues. * **Network Security hardening:** + **Physical network security hardening:** Assessing actual security posture on our physical networks to ensure no gaps and establish priority for remediation. * **Team Collaboration and Support:** + Provide local and remote assistance to users on security matters. + Liaise and advise on security risk topics as required. + Collaborate with international team members and the IT department on new initiatives. **Qualifications and Skills:** * 2\-5 years of experience as a security IT Administrator. * Knowledge in the following areas: + Google Workspace MDM's solutions for Mac's and Windows + EDR's Desktop and physical network protection. + Authentication management + Device's Vulnerability Management + Device's Patching Network + Security hardening. * Familiarity with financial industry security standards (e.g., PCI DSS, ISO 27001\). * Good understanding of business and technical information security concepts based on ISO 27001 standard. * Knowledge of data protection principles and implementation. * Experience in the financial sector is a plus. * Relevant security and IT certifications are valued. **Personal Skills:** * Hands\-on IT security admin practitioner. * Strong analytical and problem\-solving skills. * Team player. * Excellent communication skills. * Fluency in English, Spanish is a bonus. * Attention to detail and accuracy. * Highest level of ethical behaviour. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package. * Opportunity to work with cutting\-edge fintech technologies in a global, multi\-cloud environment. * Professional development and training opportunities. * Collaborative and innovative work environment. * Potential for international travel and cross\-office collaboration. **Ready to launch your career with a global FinTech?
