This Position reports to: EL Product Marketing Manager **FP Internship: Home Solutions technical support** Your Role and Responsibilities In this role, you'll learn and contribute to the following tasks: * Respond to external technical inquiries via email and internal inquiries via email and Teams * Create support cases using Salesforce for tracking purposes * Prepare technical notes with product diagrams and configurations * Create videos demonstrating how to install or program products/configurators * Present products and/or provide translations from English to Spanish Our Team Dynamics Our teams support each other, collaborate, and never stop learning.
