Lentiviruses produced by VIVEbiotech are used to treat various diseases, including hematologic and solid cancers, as well as rare diseases. **We’re looking for you to join our Team!** ### **Your Role** We seek an **Operational Excellence Finance Lead**, reporting directly to the Head of Economic and Financial Affairs. **Your mission will be to lead the optimization, standardization, and digitalization of financial processes, ensuring operational efficiency, regulatory compliance, internal control, and support for CDMO growth.** ### **Your Responsibilities** * Analyze, map, and redesign financial processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, controlling, reporting, cost accounting). * Identify inefficiencies and propose data-driven solutions based on continuous improvement methodologies. * Develop SOPs, workflows, and structured departmental documentation. * Drive digitalization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives. * Design and implement internal controls aligned with GMP, data integrity, and Compliance requirements. * Coordinate cross-functional improvement projects with Operations, Supply Chain, QA, IT, and HR. * Develop financial KPIs and dashboards for continuous improvement. * Support the CFO in strategic initiatives (pricing, profitability, investments). ### **What We Value in You** You are who we are looking for if you have: * At least 5 years of prior experience in finance, focused on process improvement, operational excellence, or consulting. * Academic background in business administration or equivalent. * A Master’s degree or specialization in Finance and/or Digitalization. * A high level of English proficiency (at least C1\). * Demonstrable involvement in financial digitalization and automation projects will be viewed favorably. * Proven ability to propose potential process improvements. * Strong teamwork skills and results orientation. * An analytical mindset with a process-oriented approach. * Cross-functional leadership and team development capabilities. * Organizational skills, with focus on planning and objective-based management. * Residency in Gipuzkoa (or intention to relocate to the area) will be viewed favorably. ### **What We Offer You** * Continuous career development to help you nurture your talent throughout your professional journey. * Participation in innovative projects featuring continuous technological updates. * A competitive salary commensurate with your profile for this position. * Membership in an expert, young, dynamic, innovative, and enthusiastic team united by a shared purpose: supporting our clients in advancing cures for diseases. * Personal transition support if you are relocating from another region to live in Donostia\-San Sebastián (housing, employment integration for family members, school enrollment, etc.). * A professional work environment distinguished by our humanity and closeness, where diversity and inclusion are actively nurtured.
