Position Summary: We are seeking an ERP functional consultant and/or project manager to plan, manage, and coordinate system implementations, advising clients and training end users. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plan and manage ERP implementation projects with high quality. 2. Coordinate project teams and advise the client throughout the entire process. 3. Identify new client needs and improvements. Who Are We? We are a top-tier partner for five of the most important ERPs on the market: SAP Business One, Ekon, Odoo, Frutec, and SAP S4\. Due to growth in this business line, we now require a national-level functional consultancy and/or project management profile, with experience implementing any ERP solution available on the market and participation in diverse projects. What Will Your Responsibilities Be? * You will plan and manage the project, ensuring execution according to agreed timelines, profitability targets, and established quality standards, with maximum guarantees of effectiveness, functionality, and usability for the client. * You will coordinate both internal and client-side project teams. * You will execute the various phases of the implementation. * You will internally train tool users, familiarizing them with all functionalities. * You will advise the client throughout the entire implementation process. * You will identify new client needs or improvements. What Do We Offer? * Job stability via an indefinite-term contract. * Flexible and family-friendly working hours: possibility of working from 08:00 to 15:00 year-round, plus two afternoons per week (Monday–Thursday). What Are We Looking For In You? * Degree in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent. * Minimum of 3 years’ experience in ERP implementation consultancy. * Autonomy in launching projects from scratch. * Excellent communication skills and client-facing abilities. * Motivation for continuous learning, proactive attitude, and results-oriented mindset. * Availability of personal vehicle for occasional travel nationwide (travel expenses covered by the company: mileage, per diems, parking, tolls, etc.). * Prior experience in project leadership and management is highly valued.
