Then, this project is for you!** At Basque Culinary Center we continue expanding our team and are looking for a person with a pedagogical vision, management skills, and passion for cooking, to join the Continuing Education department as a Culinary Manager. **Your main mission will be** to coordinate the planning, execution, and follow-up of short courses and customized training programs aimed at professionals in cooking and pastry. You will be part of the operational team within the department, playing a key role in managing the human, material, and logistical resources required to ensure the successful delivery of training programs. You will work closely with the Coordinator of the Cooking Area of Continuing Education, actively contributing to the smooth operation of the department. To achieve this, your day-to-day responsibilities will include... * Coordinating the planning, design, and execution of short courses and customized training programs for cooking and pastry professionals, from creating technical sheets to final implementation. * Organizing teaching teams and collaborators, assigning tasks, aligning content, methodologies, and resources, and ensuring a high-quality training experience. * Participating in defining the annual training offering and designing custom proposals, collaborating with industry experts and suggesting new teaching profiles. * Supervising the logistical aspects of each course: orders, preparation of spaces, production, cleaning, technical support, as well as coordinating specific speaker needs (accommodation, travel, materials). * Occasionally teaching classes in professional training, in-company programs, cooking clubs, or thematic courses, and supporting other department activities when necessary. #### **Requirements** **Do you identify with the following characteristics?** * You have at least 3 years of experience in kitchen coordination, operations, or Executive Chef roles in recognized gastronomic restaurants. * You hold a Higher Degree in Kitchen Management or other qualifications related to the culinary and teaching fields. * You have experience supporting teaching activities, either in academic settings or continuing education programs. * You stand out for your communication skills, planning and organizational abilities, and your autonomy at work. * You are motivated by collaborative work and enjoy being part of a team. * You have an intermediate level of English and Basque (B2). **You will make a difference if...** * You hold a Master's in Teacher Training. * You are familiar with learning management tools such as Moodle. * You are passionate about working in multidisciplinary environments focused on continuous improvement. * You are passionate about the education sector and the world of gastronomy and hospitality. **What can you expect from Basque Culinary Center?** * Being part of a leading project in the gastronomy sector. * Indefinite full-time employment. * Working in a trust-based environment.
