Team-based work for resident recovery and maintenance We are looking for an Occupational Therapist for a senior care home located in Orusco de Tajúña (Madrid). Main responsibilities include conducting comprehensive assessments of residents’ physical, cognitive, emotional, and social abilities. This involves identifying their level of dependence in basic and instrumental activities of daily living, as well as evaluating their interests and routines to develop personalized intervention plans. The goal is to support each resident’s functional recovery and maintenance through team-designed interventions. A degree in Occupational Therapy is required. Employment conditions include an indefinite full-time contract, with working hours from 9:00 to 18:00 or from 8:00 to 17:00. Salary follows the applicable collective agreement, starting at €21,000 gross per year, with potential for increases.
