Job Posting Location: Rubí, Barcelona, Spain Functional Area: Human Resources Working Model: Onsite Requisition ID: 9145 **We are looking for a student to carry out an internship in our HR team.** B. Braun seeks to hire an HR Projects and Systems Trainee at our Rubí site. **Responsibilities:** * **Support in HR project management:** Collaborate in the planning and tracking of projects related to talent, training, compensation, digitalization, and organizational culture. Prepare documentation, schedules, and progress reports. * **Process analysis and improvement:** Participate in identifying opportunities to improve internal processes. Support the implementation of digital tools and automation. * **Data and systems management:** Collect, analyze, and present HR-related KPI data. Manage the IT ticketing system for incidents and requests concerning automation and digitalization. * **Communication and coordination:** Support internal communication of initiatives and projects to ensure their proper execution. **Requirements:** * Final-year student in Business Administration and Management (ADE), Labor Relations (or equivalent), or related master’s or postgraduate program. * Interest in project management and the HR field. * Proficiency in Excel and collaborative tools (Teams, SharePoint, etc.).
