If you want to join our store as Assistant Store Manager, don’t hesitate to apply! **Your Responsibilities at C\&A** As Assistant Store Manager/Responsible for our new store at CC Urbil, you will report directly to the Store Lead/Manager and will manage your team while assuming responsibilities. As a managerial support person, your duties will include: * Customer guidance: ensuring the team delivers appropriate orientation and service to customers. * Supporting achievement of sales targets by identifying and optimizing sales opportunities. Ensuring follow-up and analysis of KPIs and providing continuous feedback to your Store Manager. * Supporting Marketing and Visual Merchandising. * People and Team: overseeing team training, motivation, and performance monitoring. * Ensuring daily sales-floor priorities are met.
