Currently, we are seeking a person to join the Casal de Gent Gran Josep Trueta, playing a key role in the daily care of the relational space, combining tasks of public attention, bar/cafeteria service, and social dynamization. We prioritize candidates with disabilities for this position, as part of our commitment to labor and social inclusion. Main responsibilities: Attend to and welcome users of the center, fostering a close, respectful, and inclusive atmosphere. Dynamize the relational space and the bar/cafeteria service of the center. Open and close facility access points as required. Ensure the proper condition of the space: order, cleanliness, safety, and compliance with current health regulations. Support and implement previously planned social and relational activities in coordination with the team. Participate in the organization and delivery of regular or occasional center activities and events. Promote coexistence, socialization, and interpersonal relationships among users. Collaborate closely with other professionals at the center. * Experience: 1 year. Previous experience in public attention, social spaces, bar/cafeteria, or similar tasks. * COMPLETED PRIMARY EDUCATION * Catalan (spoken: advanced, written: advanced) * Competencies / knowledge: Good interpersonal skills, empathy, and communication abilities. Capacity for teamwork and proactive attitude. Sensitivity and motivation to work with older adults. * Permanent employment contract * Part-time (32 hours – weekly schedule) * Gross monthly salary: 1308 * Other relevant information: Schedule Monday to Friday, 10:00–12:30 and 15:00–19:00. Total: 32.5 hours per week. Employment conditions: Permanent contract. Salary: €15,699.34 gross annual (12 payments). Job stability within a project delivering real social impact.
