We are seeking a Welding and Quality Inspector to supervise welding operations in Usurbil. Main responsibilities include programming industrial welding robots and managing any incidents that may arise. This person will be responsible for organizing, developing, and testing productions, as well as recommending solutions to the Welding Department based on order volume and providing guidance on the status and complexity of each product. They will also analyze and communicate potential delays in the production process, anticipate errors, and share incidents and solutions with the team. Follow-up will be conducted to ensure problem resolution. The working schedule is full-time, 40 hours per week from Monday to Friday, on a split shift with legal breaks. * Previous experience in a similar role. * We are looking for a responsible, proactive individual with teamwork skills. * Living near the workplace is a plus. * Training in drafting and/or technical education is desirable. - Knowledge of welding robots.
