**Description:** ---------------- We are looking for a LABOR TECHNICIAN for a consultancy located in Vitoria Gasteiz. The tasks and responsibilities will include: * Provide information on labor obligations according to the law. Knowledge in the interpretation of collective agreements. * Hiring: types of contracts, deadlines... * Register employees with Social Security (enrollments and terminations). * Manage direct payments for self-employed workers with mutual insurance companies. * Prepare monthly payroll. * Calculate severance payments. * Optimize labor-related costs for the company. * Issue company certificates. * Management of workplace accident reports (Deltas). * Calculation and management of income withholding for employees/self-employed professionals. * Etc. WORKING HOURS: Monday to Thursday from 09:00 to 17:30. Fridays and summer months from 08:00 to 15:00. One fixed remote working day per week is offered. **Requirements:** --------------- * Proven experience in the role of labor technician, either in a consultancy or company * Degree in Labor Relations is desirable. If not holding a degree in Labor Relations, a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position is required.
