If you are interested in participating in the selection process and wish to become part of this team and accompany us on this major challenge, **do not hesitate to apply**!! **Job Description** The Team Leader will be responsible for coordinating, organizing, diagnosing faults, and providing technical follow-up for facility maintenance, as well as organizing the team of multi-skilled technicians under their supervision. Main responsibilities include: * Contract management, * Direct communication with clients, * Scheduling and coordination of multi-skilled technicians’ work hours. * Monitoring preventive and corrective maintenance tasks. * Tracking work reports, working hours, and deadline compliance. * Responding to technical incidents. * Managing assigned materials, equipment, and tools. * Supervising personnel under their responsibility during installation, maintenance, and improvement of HVAC (cooling and heating) systems in industrial, healthcare, commercial, educational, and other buildings. **Requirements** ***Education:*** * Higher vocational qualification in maintenance, electricity, refrigeration, heating, or boilers ***Experience:*** * Technical experience in facility maintenance. * Experience in organizing and coordinating technical teams. * Knowledge of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) tools. * Organizational and technical leadership capabilities. ***We seek individuals who:*** * Are proactive and solution-oriented within tight timeframes. * Possess strong learning capacity. * Know how, want to, and are able to work collaboratively in teams. * Are sociable and communicative with colleagues. * Demonstrate autonomy in managing and executing projects.
