What will your day-to-day look like at Secure\&IT? * Act as the first point of contact for receiving and handling support tickets. * Classify and prioritize tickets according to established procedures. * Diagnose and resolve support tickets in accordance with defined procedures. * Perform security analysis on the various monitored components. * Handle and resolve incidents related to security components (Antivirus, EDR, Firewall, Antispam...) * Provide effective solutions and document the steps taken for resolution. * Escalate complex or critical issues to higher support levels when necessary. REQUIREMENTS ### **Requirements** * University degree or Higher Vocational Training (Computer Science, Telecommunications or similar). * At least 1 year of experience. * Knowledge of basic cybersecurity concepts. * Change management. * Valid driver's license * Proficiency in standard IT tools relevant to the role * English language proficiency
