POSITION DESCRIPTION \+ RESPONSIBILITIES If you are passionate about designing new products and improving existing ones… this is the place for you! WHAT WILL YOUR DAY\-TO\-DAY LOOK LIKE? Design and develop products from the initial idea to launch, under the supervision of the Product Manager. **Specifically, you will be responsible for:** * Studying and researching the product market. * Calculating product profitability based on conducted studies. * Monitoring prototype manufacturing stages. * Designing new projects to enhance the company's positioning. * Writing user and maintenance manuals. * Modifying and updating existing products. * Creating prototypes and conducting tests to ensure design feasibility. * Preparing the necessary technical documentation for product manufacturing and commercialization. * Interacting with customers and suppliers in Spanish and English to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. * Collaborating with different teams within the company. MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS * Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar. * Experience: Minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role. * Proficiency in SolidWorks and AutoCAD (and other design tools). * Strong knowledge of Word and Excel. * Fluent spoken and written English, Basque, and Spanish. * Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle.
