You will work collaboratively with a young and dynamic team focused on promoting the development and motivation of employees. Required Knowledge for the Position * Diagnose training needs and conduct control of delivered training according to quality standards (ISO). * Carry out recruitment, selection (including interviews and tests), feedback on processes, and onboarding plans. * Identify internal clients’ needs and seek projects that meet those demands. * Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback jointly with employees, along with an established development action plan.
