We are seeking a professional with experience in general maintenance, including air conditioning, electricity, and fire protection systems (PCI). Responsibilities will include preventive maintenance of facilities to ensure proper operation, as well as troubleshooting and repairing faults in air conditioning, heating, plumbing, and electrical systems. Professional training in refrigeration systems, air conditioning, electricity, plumbing, or industrial maintenance is required, along with prior experience in comprehensive maintenance—preferably in shopping centers. Residency in Majadahonda and basic knowledge of electricity will be valued.
