Galejobs is seeking a candidate to join an artisanal workshop specializing in Mexican tortillas and bakery items in Pontevedra. This company sources local ingredients and prioritizes quality, tradition, and well-executed processes. What will you do daily?: Operate the corn mill and oversee the milling process. Prepare raw materials (pre-cooked corn). Monitor the product throughout the process and make minor adjustments as needed. Clean and maintain machinery at the start and end of each shift. Assist with other workshop tasks, such as supporting tortilla production, once fully familiar with the role. Comply with food hygiene and safety regulations. We are not seeking someone who knows everything from day one, but rather someone eager to learn and committed to doing it well.
