Would you like to support the legal department of a multinational publishing company? We are seeking a student intern to provide temporary support for the 2026 campaign, contracts, and systems—with the opportunity to also gain familiarity with international and complex contract workflows. **Key Responsibilities:** Introduce the intern to the publishing market, the company, its competencies, its business, its procedures (stakeholders), and its legal processes related to the following areas: * Corporate law. * Local and global compliance system: support in implementing policies and risk-control tools. * Assistance in drafting contracts with clients and participation in negotiation processes and the company’s contractual management. * Support in drafting publishing and editorial services agreements. * Support for the procurement and general services team. * Learn to use legal databases: Service Management Systems and Document Management Systems. * Support internal client liaison (sales/commercial team – editorial team/authors). * Legal disciplines: civil law, commercial law, intellectual property, personal data protection, private international law, administrative law. **Experience, Skills and Qualifications:** * University studies in law; dual degree in Business Administration & Economics (ADE) or international contracting is advantageous. * English language proficiency at B2+ level, both written and spoken. * Advanced Excel. * IT skills. * Interest in intellectual property law. * Attention to detail. * Team player with a positive attitude.
