Position Summary: We are seeking a site manager to oversee and supervise urban development projects, ensuring compliance with regulations and efficient use of resources. Key Responsibilities: 1. Comprehensive direction and management of urban development projects. 2. Coordination of teams, subcontractors, and supplies. 3. Technical incident resolution and resource management. We require a person based in Cangas de Onís (Asturias) to direct and manage urban development projects. Main responsibilities include detailed planning, coordination, and continuous supervision of the technical, economic, and time-related aspects of the projects. The primary task will be scheduling different work phases, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring timely delivery of required supplies. Daily site operations will also be organized, always guaranteeing strict compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, and managing personnel and available materials efficiently. Progress reports will be submitted to the technical management team, and any incidents arising will be resolved promptly. Proven experience in urban development projects is required, with particular emphasis on paving and sidewalk construction. The ability to interpret construction drawings, effectively administer resources, and resolve technical incidents with sound judgment is essential. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required for commuting to the worksite. The contract will be temporary, lasting two months, with full-time working hours from Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:00, and remuneration in accordance with the applicable collective agreement.
