Description
An industrial plant in Donostia\-San Sebastián is seeking a versatile operator for its production team. Tasks include simultaneously operating several machines such as presses, furnaces, and milling machines, monitoring and feeding each machine to maintain a steady workflow. The process involves shaping parts through metal powder pressing, followed by thermal treatment in furnaces—requiring careful monitoring of time and temperature—and finishing with a shot-blasting machine to remove burrs and polish the parts.
Quality inspection is also conducted on painting lines, verifying that parts meet standards prior to packaging; additionally, the route sheet for each batch is managed by interpreting processes according to manufacturing orders. Candidates must work efficiently and methodically, handling multiple machines without neglecting any.
The environment is dynamic, and adaptability to shift changes and different part types is highly valued. Industrial experience, ability to handle pressure, and attention to detail are required.
Demonstrable experience of at least two years in production lines, preferably in sectors such as metallurgy, casting, or machining. Proven technical competence in operating presses, shot-blasting machines, furnaces, and milling machines. Organizational ability to work efficiently and methodically without overlooking any machine. A versatile profile with an overall view of factory operations and meticulous attention to detail during part inspection. Proficiency in office software at the user level and knowledge of production lines.
