DESCRIPTION **INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** ======================================= **Company:** NATUBER, a company within the SOMOS HIJOLUSA Group. **Location:** Vitoria-Gasteiz. **Required experience:** 5 years. **Work schedule:** Full-time, on-site, rotating shifts. **Contract type:** Permanent. **Job Description** -------------------------- At **NATUBER, a company within the SOMOS HIJOLUSA Group**, we are seeking an **INDUSTRIAL MAINTENANCE TECHNICIAN** to strengthen our industrial maintenance team. The selected candidate will collaborate with the Maintenance Manager in defining and executing preventive and corrective maintenance plans, as well as monitoring work carried out by subcontracted companies. **RESPONSIBILITIES** ------------------------ * Collaborate with the Maintenance Manager in the **definition and implementation of preventive and corrective maintenance plans** for facilities and equipment. * **Record** all interventions (preventive and corrective) in the **CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System)**. * **Manage spare parts and materials inventory**, including requesting quotations from suppliers when necessary. * **Accompany and supervise** subcontracted companies’ work within their scope (e.g., plumbing, electrical work, etc.). * Propose **improvements** to procedures and resource utilization to optimize maintenance activities. **What are we looking for?** ------------------ * **Experience:** Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance. * **Education:** Vocational Training Program / Medium or Higher Level Vocational Qualification in Equipment Maintenance, Electronics, or Mechanics; or Technical or Higher Engineering Degree in related fields. * **Technical knowledge:** Familiarity with mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic systems. * Proficiency in **CMMS** or similar software. * **Competencies:** Ability to work effectively in a team; meticulousness and rigor in task documentation; initiative and commitment to continuous improvement; willingness to work rotating shifts. **Why join Natuber?** ------------------------------ At **Natuber**, we value our employees and foster an inclusive and enriching work environment.
